Online Things
I put together another rug hooking tutorial. This time for my fat brown hen rug and posted it to my youtube channel last week.
I also worked on a new pattern, {tall sunflower} while we were traveling and made a video of that too and I will post that video on Tuesday evening.
Although I took a ton of pictures and videos while we were away, it was the most unplugged I’ve been for a really long time. Which was really, really nice.

Travel Things
We had a wonderful trip to the Cotswolds!! I made a few videos and posted them on my youtube channel {and I’ll have a few more to share in the next few days}.
We visited so many places, but the kitchens at Blenheim Palace and just walking into a grocery store for a look around were probably my most favorite.
I have so many more pictures to show you {probably another week’s worth} but maybe I’ll share them a little later in the year {or even this winter} when there isn’t as much going on.
Right now, I want to get back to reality and get outside and work in the garden and get a few more home improvement projects under my belt before I take off again.

- Québec City {Accommodations and 1 tour booked!}

Marriage Things
We survived driving through the English countryside, went on a lot of tours, ate at a lot of new places and wandered through the towns we stayed in after all the tourists went home.
It was a great trip!! A lot of walking, lots of talking, just an all around great time together.
I love traveling. And I love traveling with my husband.
But it sure is good to be home! 🙂

Marriage Goals
- Keep my husband busy
- Date days
- Walk more

My dad does the dishes and whenever I visit he gives me a hard time for loading the dishwasher wrong.
