The jalapeños are still coming in strong so I decided to make a batch of bacon wrapped jalapeños yesterday.
To put it simply, we LOVE these things!!! They are so addicting.
With only three ingredients, these bacon wrapped jalapeños are just about the easiest appetizer on the planet to make.
Great for parties, great in the middle of the afternoon, probably not the best things for breakfast… But hey, no judging here.
Fair warning though, once you start popping these tasty treats in your mouth, good luck stopping.
These are addicting!
Can you really ever go wrong with bacon and cream cheese? Umm, no.
Try these! You’ll be so glad you did.

Bacon Wrapped Jalapeños
Ingredients
12 jalapeños, halved and seeded
8 oz cream cheese, softened
12 slices bacon, sliced and cut in half
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Cut the jalapeños in half, length-wise and remove the seeds and membrane. Stuff the inside of the halved jalapeño pepper with cream cheese and wrap with 1/2 a slice of bacon. Secure the bacon and jalapeño with a toothpick.
Bake on a lined cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes until the bacon is cooked but not too crispy.
Serve immediately!

Try them on top of a burger- delicious! Not a light meal for sure but a tasty summer treat.

Oh jalapeno poppers have been a favorite around here for years and once you start eating them you just don’t want to stop even if you get a particularly hot one. Love them so much.

We make these. You can even freeze them and just pull them out whenever you want them or need a quick app for a gathering.
The only thing we haven’t figured out is getting the bacon to cook fully/render the fat enough. That just might be an issue w/ the type of bacon we use though.

We use Costco {Kirkland brand} bacon if that helps.

I love these too and add 1 T (or more) of everything but the bagel seasoning, it takes it up a notch.

We call them jalapeño poppers.

So very good! I had all the ingredients, so I whipped it up for an impromptu dinner—YUM! And not too spicy ! Here in so. California, it’s easy to grow jalapeños. We always have more than we need. Now I have a use for them.
