Carole’s Creamy Grape Salad

Ingredients

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

3 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 pounds seedless grapes

1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons chopped walnuts or pecans


Instructions

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until nice and smooth.

Add the grapes and toss to coat.

Cover and refrigerate until you are ready to serve and then sprinkle with the brown sugar and nuts just before serving.
