Online Things
I finally finished the Anne Nichols turkey rug I was working on and I love how it turned out. Next up is a new pattern I designed a few weeks ago. Hopefully I can get it hooked by this time next week.
I checked my Etsy stats this morning and I am at 19,841 “sales” {not actual items sold, but “sales”} and I’m pretty excited about that. Only159 more to go to hit my goal of 20,000 sales by the end of the year.
I wasted a bunch of time on Pinterest this past week. Some weeks it’s easy to stay off the internet and some weeks just suck you in. Why is that?

House Things
The carpet was installed in the bedrooms over at the studio yesterday and it turned out great. {It’s a little lighter than the photo is showing}
Next on the to-do list is to find a white bed frame and some nightstands and maybe some new light fixtures too. I also need to sand and paint the desk I picked up at the Re-Store last week.
The HH mentioned he wanted to start ripping up the tile in the entryway so I don’t know if I’ll be able to get any painting done over there while that’s going on though.

Like checking out the area’s antique stores and a few furniture stores too. I found this metal cupboard at a local furniture store a few days ago and thought it was super cute. I wish I had room for it. 🙁

Marriage Things
We didn’t get a single trick or treater on Halloween! 🙁 Last year we had 7 kids. I was so disappointed. Did you get any this year? If so, how many?
While we didn’t go on any walks this past week we did stay busy at the studio working on small projects. It seems like we’re always working on something together these days.
Part of me thinks we need to make an effort to get out and walk more, but we’ve been so busy lately we just haven’t made it a priority.
Hopefully we can get some good walks in before the weather turns.

Marriage Goals
- Keep my husband busy
- Date days

We only got 5 trick or treaters this year which is an improvement from last year (3). The houses are further apart on our street and most people drive with their kids to an area where houses are closer together. Now I just have to get rid of the candy excess. By the way, love how the bedroom looks!

Thank Lynn. 🙂 The color is a little crazy, but I think it will look good once all the furniture is in and stuff is up on the walls.

We had over 100 Trick or Treaters and then ran out of candy. Last night I harvested around 60 Luffas off of my two plants. I am processing them today. First year growing luffa and I did not expect this many! I overall grew around 70!!!

Mavis, I would have bought that gorgeous metal cupboard for sure! Even if just to store fabric or supplies or linens or …. more canned jams and jellies! That color is so great and beachy.
