Nancy’s Crock Pot Pork Chops With Apple Pie Filling

Ingredients

4 Pork Chops about 1” thick {boneless or bone in, your choice}

Salt and pepper

1 small onion, sliced thin

1 can apple pie filling

1 cup dried cranberries {optional}


Instructions

Place pork chops in the Crock-Pot. 

Add a little salt and pepper to the top of the pork chops. 

Cover the pork chops with sliced onion.

Cover the onions with apple pie filling.

Sprinkle dried cranberries over apple pie filling. 

Cook on low for 6-8 hours {or high for 4 hours} or until the pork chop are fully cooked. 

Serve alongside your favorite vegetable.
