Ingredients

Applesauce

Instructions

Pour applesauce onto food dehydrator trays. Using a spatula, spread the applesauce 1/8 inch thick, making sure the layer of applesauce is even and smooth.

Set your food dehydrator to 135 F and dehydrate for 4-5 hours or until the fruit leather is done and no longer sticky to the touch.

Peel off the fruit leather, roll up & cut {you can also lay on parchment paper here, cut in strips & roll up fruit and paper like a homemade fruit roll-up!}. Store in an air-tight container. There is no need to refrigerate.

*Note This can also be made in the oven if you don’t have a food dehydrator. Simply follow the directions above but instead of spreading the applesauce on trays, you can spread it on a silicone liner {silpat} lined cookie sheet and pop in the oven @ 135F for the same amount of time.
