Ingredients

Scale

2 pounds steak tips, cut into 1” pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons sugar
40 grams flour {1 ½ oz}
2 1/4 cups beef stock
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
1 tablespoon fresh parsley or chives
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.

Heat the oil over medium heat and brown the beef on all sides. {About 3-4 minutes.}

Add onions, curry, ginger sugar and flour to the beef and cook for another minute. Stir in the beef stock and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a boil, stirring until the sauce has thickened a bit.

Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for an additional five minutes.

Cover the dish and transfer to the oven and cook for 3-4 hours until the meat is tender.

When ready to serve, place mixture into a serving dish and gently stir in the horseradish cream.

Garnish with parsley or chives and serve.
