Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, OH MY! We’re heading into berry season and I’m pretty giddy about all of the recipes I’m going to whip up with all those delicious, juicy berries! The possibilities are endless, but here are some of my very favorite recipes:
Blueberries:
Old Fashioned Blueberry Crisp – I typically love anything that has “old fashioned” in the recipe title. I’m a sucker for the recipes of our past. Yum! {Pin it for Later}
Blueberry Kale Smoothie – Peanut butter, kale, blueberries. This smoothie has it all. Start your morning off right with this nutrient packed smoothie. {Pin for Later}
Blueberry Buckle – Fitting name as these bad boys just might make your knees buckle. {Pin for Later}
Blueberry Jam with Mint – The blueberry mint combo in this jam is out of this world good. If you’ve never tried mint in your jam, here’s your chance! {Pin for Later}
Baked Oatmeal with Blueberries – I love that oatmeal sticks with me all day, top that off with some blueberries and it’s the perfect breakfast. {Pin for Later}
Blueberry Banana Smoothie – This recipe is smooth and creamy deliciousness, and might be disguised as a smoothie but it tastes like a milkshake. It might even bring all the boys to the yard. {Pin for Later}
Homemade Granola with Blueberries, Cranberries and Ginger – If you are still buying granola, seriously, try this recipe. Homemade granola is tons much better and it’s a heck of a lot easier on the budget. {Pin for Later}
Blueberry Peach Cobbler You might see a cobbler theme on this post. It’s on account of cobblers are AHmazing. Cobblers. Be still my heart. Need I say more. {Pin for Later}
Blueberry Scones – A great grab and go breakfast option! {Pin for Later}
Blueberry Vanilla Chia Seed Jam – Chia seeds in jam? Yes, please! {Pin for Later}
Raspberries:
Fresh Raspberry Pie – It says fresh in the title and contains fruit. It’s basically a health food. Right? {Pin for later}
Raspberry Jam – This is a staple each year in our pantry. Few things beat a good raspberry jam on toast. {Pin for Later}
Whole Grain Raspberry Bars – It’s like a NutriGrain bar only freakin amazing tasting. I have to make 2 pans if I want some for sharing. {Pin for Later}
Raspberry Buttermilk Muffins – The buttermilk in this recipe makes for some moist and delicious muffins. The recipe calls for fresh raspberries, but frozen work too. {Pin for Later}
Triple Berry Pie: Triple the berries, triple the taste, triple the amount of slices you’ll want to eat. {Pin for Later}

I made the strawberry muffins with oatmeal topping. Delicious! I used softened butter instead of oil because it was out on the counter, but other than that, left the recipe as is. They have a fantastic texture!!
Thanks for the round-up! I’ll be trying some more of these!
