What about those chocolate brownie cookies? Love those!
Ahh Christmas cookies. How is it that some cookies are “everyday” cookies and others are designated “Christmas” Ok, obviously aside from snowflake-shaped sugar cookies 😉
I made 7 types of cookies for platters this year:
Frosted sugar cookies, no-bake oatmeal cookies, Spritz press cookies, haystacks (marshmallows dipped in caramel sauce dipped in Rice Krispies = OMG), thumprint cookies (similar to peanut blossoms), chocolate fudge, peanut butter fudge, and peanut butter AND chocolate fudge.
