Easy Easter Recipe: Baked Pineapple

{1} 20 oz Can of Pineapple
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
2 Eggs Beaten
1 Cup of Sugar
1/2 Cup of Milk
1 Tsp. of Vanilla Extract


Mix together and pour into a greased baking dish {I used {2} 4″ ramekins}  sprinkle with cinnamon and cut a few small pieces of butter and place on top.

Bake @ 350 for 1 hour.
