6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 pound of ground beef
1 large onions, diced
1 pound dried red beans, cooked
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 cup brown sugar, gently packed
1 quart of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon brown spicy mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of vinegar
In a large skillet, fry bacon until crispy, drain and set aside. Leaving the bacon grease in the pan, add the ground beef and onions and cook until meat is browned.
Throw all ingredients into a slow cooker. Cook on low for 4 hours. Enjoy!
