I am your typical housewife living in high maintenance suburbia. I have a handsome husband, 2 kids and a flock of pet chickens. I try and feed my family with $100 a month. With the help of coupons, gardening and bartering I am able to squeeze the most out of our grocery budget and still manage to have a little fun along the way.

Hello Wednesday!!! How is your week going so far? I think I’m in need of a little garden therapy. So my plan is to get outside early this morning and get some work done in the vegetable garden before things heat up. I spied a head of cabbage last night that looks like it’s ready to be picked {finally!!} so I’m super excited.
I hope your day is AWESOME!. Be sure to check back in a little while because I have a super fun giveaway coming up later this morning.
Peace Out Girl Scouts,
♥ Mavis
