Ingredients

4 hard-boiled eggs, yolks set aside
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon brown mustard
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
dash of salt and pepper
8 olives
Instructions
- Slice hard boiled eggs in half.
- Place yolk, mayo, mustard, paprika, relish and salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
- Scoop egg mixture into egg cavities and garnish with sliced olives.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve!
