Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb fresh mushrooms, quartered
1/4 cup soy sauce {I used low sodium}
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground garlic pepper seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a large pan {I use my stir fry pan} melt the butter over medium heat, then add garlic and saute for about 30 seconds.
  2. Add the quartered mushrooms, stir, and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with garlic pepper seasoning, add soy sauce and cook for an additional 7 minutes or until the soy sauce has been soaked up and the mushrooms are tender.
  4. Serve as a side dish or over a bed of rice for dinner.
