Recipe – Baked Kale Chips

Ingredients

Scale

8 large kale leaves, washed and thoroughly dried
2 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt, for sprinkling


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.

Remove the ribs from the kale and cut into 2-inch pieces.

Toss the cut kale in a bowl with olive oil and lay the kale on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.

Bake until crisp, about 10 minutes.
