Recipe – Garlic Spinach Dip

Ingredients

8 cups fresh spinach, chopped
8oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk {I used 2%}
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon salt
dash of hot pepper sauce {I used Frank’s hot sauce}

Hawaiian bread or crackers or dipping {I didn’t have Hawaiian bread so I chopped up Hawaiian buns}


Instructions

  1. Saute garlic for 1 minute.
  2. Add spinach and saute until wilted {about 2 minutes}.
  3. Place spinach and garlic mixture into a blender, add milk, salt, creamed cheese and hot pepper sauce and pulse and few times until your dip is somewhat smooth.

Notes

Serve warm or cold.
