Ingredients

  • 2 cups All purpose flour
  • 1 tea Salt
  • 1 1/2 tea Baking powder
  • 2 tea Vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup Warm milk

Instructions

  1. Mix dry with wet and knead for a few minutes. Cover dough with a dish towel and allow to rest for 20 minutes. Cut dough into 8 pieces, roll out into circles and fry in a cast iron skillet for 45 seconds on each side {I sprayed my pan with Pam first}. Fill with beans and rice.
