Rustic Chicken Cranberry Bean Soup

12 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 medium onion, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried cilantro
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup dried cranberry beans soaked overnight
4 cups chicken broth


Toss everything into the crock pot. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Easy peasy. Serve warm with a nice hunk of bread and butter.
