Beef… It’s What’s For Dinner
Our side of beef arrived last night…actually our 1/3rd of beef. We ended up sharing 2 organic, grass-fed, Angus beef with 5 other families. Our share was about 137 pounds for $325. Not bad. I wonder how long it will take us to go though it. Farm to table about 40 miles.
