Getting a glimpse into the lives of my readers through the $20/$20 Challenge has been awesome! I love seeing your cupboard and pantries of course, but getting to see your cute families is so fun, too! Here’s Megan’s story:
Hi Mavis-
Thanks
Megan
I am your typical housewife living in high maintenance suburbia. I have a handsome husband, 2 kids and a flock of pet chickens. I try and feed my family with $100 a month. With the help of coupons, gardening and bartering I am able to squeeze the most out of our grocery budget and still manage to have a little fun along the way.

I love this idea. I’m about to rearrange my kitchen/pantry so I’d better get some photos once it’s done. I’m pretty sure it’ll never look that neat again!
Megan, I reckon it’s awesome that you manage to do the homemade/home-grown thing working long shifts and raising a small kids. Kudos to you!

My husband is a nurse – I doubly appreciate all the fantastic work I see here!!
fabulous shot of the boys and buckets of blueberries!! mmmmm
I also love seeing photos of the people and their families within the stories posted here – Makes it more ‘real’ to see the faces behind the hard work!

Organics to You, they are awesome!. We get the small produce box and a gallon of organic local milk delivered every other Thursday. They also have things like meat, teas, and bread items they deliver.

I’ve heard great things about that company, too!
